Symposium MADE BY ARTISTS within the framework of OPEN STUDIO’S

KEY NOTE by Anna Harding (SPACE London) SPACE is the largest studio organisation in London with 18 studio buildings spread out over the city harbouring more than 700 artists, but also offering them artistic and administrative support. Initiated in 1968 by artists, SPACE is an illustration of how artist’s initiatives can grow to one of the essential supporting organisations of the arts, but also of durable city development, education and creative economy.
